I’d eat everything except the salmon parcels. I would need that beef cooked for longer though, and I’d leave out the sauce.

I’ve loved the last two years when my new meds meant I could eat everything. Not at the moment though.

 suffered for years-silicon gel has been suggested but not keen on the ideaTBH

I bought some of that , but never got round to trying it
