You have two email addresses Syd, one for your murder mystery one and you must be logging onto that 

Yep, that’s exactly what must be happening, Syd. Can you log out, and make sure you log in with the email address you used for Syd?

I've sent a PM to Syd/Geordi with a way for you to be able to find out which email address is attached to which account.

Or you could go look at your profile page:

Click on the "Update your profile" link there, and you'll see your email address.

Lori, my PM to Syd is a way of finding out the email addresses for both Syd and Geordi rather than just the one currently logged in to
