Thanks Yogi, it's lovely to be here & see you all.  The house is all consuming at the moment, but now the nice weather is here, we have the sanctuary of our favourite beer garden (which is 81.17 seconds walk from our front door, yes I've timed it) & they serve a lovely rhubarb gin which goes amazingly well with the rose flavoured lemonade they also sell.

Yes Rog, that's the one.  We've remodelled the whole of the inside.  The secret door isn't that exciting really.  We've stolen a bedroom to make a bigger bathroom so we're going to convert the garage in to another bedroom/craft room with an en suite, but the only way to knock through was in the living room & I didn't really want a door there, so we've knocked through & put a door in but then it will be concealed with a sliding bookcase.

Dogs are great and loving the garden thank you.

A nearby beer garden serving yummy drinks sounds perfect for the long Summer evenings  You'll need some refreshment after all that work. Glad you've settled in Cinds
