This policy has been in place for years, Sainty.

TBF to M&S and other stores, people used to buy stuff in the sales, or nick it, and then return it without a receipt and get a refund of the full price.

If you find your receipt, you will be refunded the full price.

They don't have to offer you anything at all unless they're faulty and as Yogi says - it's open to profiteering if they refund full price to everyone.   You must have that look about you..... 

As Yogi says you'll be refunded the full price if you have the receipt. M&S says that you need to produce the receipt to them within 35 days of the date of purchase.

I buy everything on credit card without exception - hope that helps

To be fair, I have never been a fan of Morrison's, I have always found their fresh food to go off rather too quickly and for that reason I am out.

There is a Waitrose at the end of my road, but I rarely go in, when I have I am rather impressed.

I love the set up at our local Tesco - it's rather nice

The other day I was there and a young lad walked up to an older man who had already began work. The young guy looked decidedly underwhelmed to be there.

"So you just about to start work?" said the older guy.

"Yep" said the younger - looking bored.

"Great - let's get ready to rock n roll"

He really said that - rock n roll ... at Tescos. I bit my lip and walked away.

I'm sure that St Renton told us before what he thought about the Cowgate Only Morrisons. 

Never been
