Yup, all organised. Just had chinese takeaway and lots of fizz with the children and assorted hangers on! Played some funny game where you hold your phone up to your head and shout out the answers to questions ... didn't understand the questions tbh, but the youngsters seemed to think it was good fun!!
They have all gone to the pub now, so peace reigns. We are just about to watch an episode of The Blacklist, then a quick tidy round, bring the presents down, then that is it, we are as ready as we ever will be!!

ive overdosed on pork pie & threw up all day- i didnt even drink on christmas night-i was in bed at 8pm & im off to bed on the settee now cos i snore too much

Yes - Christmas went off without a hitch - which was nice.
My parents came out with two comments of near genius during Xmas day.
Completely out of the blue, suddenly -
Dad: "So I've been thinking, Jewish people have been persecuted throughout history. Why??"
. . . . I was like 
as I chewed on a sprout.
Mum: "I wonder if the birds taste the stuff we throw out for them and sometimes think, 'Nah'."

nah...it was a pork pie from caterers, about 2ft long & i ate 15inches of it (no filth in the background please)
