It's quite ironic that someone appearing inoffensive and laden with PR and spin will go down in history as one of our worst leaders. TBF I think we were all with him when he finally gave way to a minority view and allowed a Euro vote. None of us knew what would happen.

On top of that, he was instrumental in pushing arms sales to the disgusting Saudi regime, arming them to the teeth and now they're using UK weapons to kill civilians. No surprise there!

I thought Thatcher was an utter disgrace but I get the feeling she did think (in her delusion) she was doing what was fundamentally 'right' for the country. Cameron, on the other hand, must go down as the most arrogant, amoral, conceited, self serving shit that's ever been PM.
Cameron wanted to be PM because he thought he'd be 'rather good at it'. You have to hand it to Eton and the Bullingdon Club, those institutions really do install an incredible arrogant, self belief in your abilities against all evidence to the contrary.
