Pirate, please go to the doctors. It could be your blood pressure which is making you dizzy.

Pirate .....maybe you should go back to the doc ?,

Been there, done that!

I had a history of panic attacks made worse by the works quack picking me up on high BP. Not helped by white coat syndrome. One reaches a certain age where a responsibility for several generations kicks in. I have four generations to worry about!

I implore you to see your GP and get a full MOT; BP and Blood analysis.  A good GP will hopefully tell you that there is nothing wrong, and even if there is a minor issue they'll sort it out. I was amazed when I realised how many of my friends both here and in The Fatherland were on BP medication!

We cycle everyday and it is so uplifting. Fresh air and exercise is where it's at. (And beer)

I hope everything goes well for you and don't forget 50 is only a decimal number.

I'm glad you are feeling calmer, Pirate.

I think we all get those little devils nipping at our heels, at one time or another.

Sort yourself out, Pirate - you owe it to Lisa, your family and friends and anyone else who's important to you (and vice versa).  You're not in a good place and that's not right; shrugging it off doesn't work unless it's a temporary blip - the longer term requires you to be well.

Come on fella, you can get this right even if it takes the help of someone else to make sense of it and put things in perspective for you

I'm sorry for your recent loss of a good mate too; that's got to be double blow for you.

Cosmopolitan

Pirate you've been dealing with a lot of shit recently so it's no wonder you're feeling it now.  Get down the doc's though, get your meds checked and get your head straight because people need you and you need to be happy.  You deserve to be happy and ignoring the fact that you need to see the doc is not doing any one any good, least of all you.

Sorry for the loss of your mate xx

P.S:  You is well old, innit!

*runs* (but not very fast coz I am fat)

Ells

im alright-just a bit shocked about my mate-i was a bit p!ssed aswell..so im gonna pick myself up & stop being a div-cos it dont help anybody, especially me

but had a good old chat today with a mate, verbal kick up the ar$e so to speak

so shoulders are pulled back, socks are pulled up etc...

ta for your comments

youre all very bloody lovely
