Ofcom has published its fortnightly bulletin today. Page 6 is very relevant to the subject of this thread with the announcement that all advertising and product placement of nicotine containing electronic cigarettes is now banned.

i really thought i'd added the link-anyway, if you watched horizon on sunday night, you might agree with me that the benefits of vaping far outweigh smoking
i did think it was a bit odd to choose a non smoker to take part in the experiement though

theres a site called a billion lives, they explain why ecigs are being penalised, the money involved & how tobacco industry has forced governments to force through TPD & FDA because industry & governments are losing literally BILLIONS in tax as people gradually move away from cigs
the tobacco industry will now try to corner the ecig market now that vaping has been regulated
this isnt a bonkers conspiracy theory-this is how they do buisness

Pirate, you will find that the number shown as the target on the change.org petition will automatically increase once the number of supporters reaches that target.
Change,org says that the target number is not meant to signify how many supporters are needed to deem the petition a success. It is added as a milestone to help engage and energize supporters.
