Soon came around again! (And don't forget to say "Rabbits!")
Hal-an-tow, jolly rumbalow
We were up long before the day-O
To welcome in the summer,
To welcome in the May-O
The summer is a-coming in
And winter's gone away-O

(I deliberately didn't mention the political side even though we need to remind ourselves before t'Tories erase it completely)
Interesting day! I had a 06:15 call from the Hospital to say my Mum had been admitted during the night. She had had several nose bleeds which wouldn't stop I think due to her medication.
Anyway we got her home and she slept until 11am. Then took her for lunch. The May Fair was on!! But best of all the tour de Yorkshire went straight down the High Street. It all turned out all right!
Happy May Day from drizzly Wales

I've been a fan of Norma (and husband) for many years.
Believe it or not, I've been in their house!(by accident one New Year's Eve)

By accident ? There has to be a story there GJ
Suffice to say we have a long history of spending NYE in RHB and a decade or so ago Mrs Jer's friend and I were last men standing. She suggested that we randomly first foot a few houses. I have to say that Martin and Norma were very good about it.
