Its sarcastic peeps are saying... but I dunno... Depp is a pretty weird guy.
I like Johnny Depp, as an actor, but I found that "apology" a little odd.
Why was he apologising anyway, when it was Amber who was charged with smuggling her dogs into the country?
Maybe he's showing his annoyance ?

Oh, I've no doubt it was made with serious intent: they filmed it to be shown in court (thus meaning they didn't have to attend in person).
The Court clearly accepted it (Heard got off with a "Good Behaviour" bond and no conviction recorded), so...

They both brought the dogs into Australia. Heard was the one actually charged because she made a false statement on her immigration card, but the dogs have always been described as Depp's, and I expect they wanted to be seen to share responsibility.

Maybe a better title would have been,
"Have you 'heard' the Depp and Amber apology?"
