He does not strike me as a man who enjoys getting his hands mucky. He will get a man in to do the odd jobs.

I use own brand bleach but I use Flash, Pledge etc

That's the only thing I can't do, second hand clothes. I would prefer to buy cheaper supermarket clothes than charity shop.

Oh yuk!
It's all very well getting BRANDS from a charity shop - from time to time, but they can't guarantee that the charity shops will have what is wanted at the time it is wanted/needed - so I don't really see that as a valid option for serious money saving!
