I was doing one at work today for about 6 hours, didn't go down well.

TBH I'm useless at colouring , and as for relaxing !! ,
I bought one and have been given more as gifts. I am not gifted in an artistic way but I like colouring in.

You obviously didn't do enough colouring-in as a child.

Intending to do one? Up until recently I'd have said no to this too, however I'v recently realised that doing colouring books and squiggly drawings is how, as children, we learn to become more dexterous. So, after all these years, I'm considering getting some colouring books and pencils to see if I can improve the dexterity of my right hand!

Good for you, just don't complete it at work when you should be, well, working.

I think it has something to do with the alcohol.

I'm all for 'doing things you like' - I doodle but to make it a hobby!!
Go and do some voluntary work like what I did - be useful with your time and stop this 'colouring' (with a 'u')
You've either missed the point completely, or this time your wit has gone of on another tangent!
