Sian Blake, 43, and her two young sons, aged four and eight, have not been seen since 13 December.
The Met Police said the bodies were found in the garden and a murder investigation was under way.
Ms Blake's partner Arthur Simpson-Kent, 48, had alerted police but went missing himself three days later.

Just saw the well tanned environment etc eejit back from his holiday home in Barbados on the news..such a comfort for the flooded out folk all over the country..he did say he maybe should have cut short his holiday by a few days..bless.

Absolutely. A life sentence here is 15 years...never understood that. He could be out within 12 or less if he behaves in prison. We need to toughen up on sentences for murderers and others who commit heinous crimes.
Arthur Simpson-Kent sent to prison with a whole-life sentence. Mr Justice Singh said there was "no doubt" that Simpson-Kent should serve the rest of his life in prison.
