I'm watching this on ITV.
Some great soundtrack music.
In my element.
I don't have a favourite.
I do prefer the Barry era.

I have hardly listened to the Jack White / Alisha Key tune. Better than I thought. Must give it another few listens.

Oh I am. I own all of the soundtracks - love them.
You might want to pop back and read my daft comments.
Now I did not know that. Learning a few things about how the songs and lyrics came about.

Not got the telly on yet - but my favourite Bond theme is defnitely Nobody Does it Better by Carly Simon.

It's been on. It's also a colleague of mine's favourite. You are not my colleague are you?
NO!
Thunderball cannot be so low down the list.

I'm all intrigued now, but I think that as you have given your location as north of the border I can safely say it's not you.
One of my least favourites Bond themes.

That's if the whole Scottish thing isn't just my cover story, of course.

Good point. I will need to think up a tricky question to catch you out
A-ha. Yes, I liked this one.
I think I'm likely to say I like most of these.
Forgot that U2 were involved. Tina Turner good vocal.
This is right up there as one of my favourites, play it a lot. Nancy Sinatra on vocal duties.
Feels of it's time and a classic Bond theme.
Debbie Harry's version was quite interesting, but Sheena Easton won out and I can't imagine anyone else doing this tune.
The mighty Duran Duran.
No.1 in the U.S.
OHMSS has some of the best music on the soundtrack (for a Bond film). Louis Armstrong.
Sorry Kaffy, I thought they had shown this. Clever bit of lyric writing there Carol.
One of the first Bond films I remember going to see at the cinema with my sister.
Yes, the powerhouse that is Bassey. And one of my Dad's favourite singers.
Bassey again - superb. Great theme and one of the best. Took off her bra to hit the high note

I'm definitely a fan of the Barry/Black period soundtracks. All the older classic singers too. But I do like some of the newer stuff, but they rarely figure higher than the classics.

I've not seen any of the recent ones ....
Oh boy did I love Jane Seymore, so beautiful.

I think it a sign of when they took the survey that they chose Adele's song as No.1. I don't personally agree but it's not a bad one.
Well, no surprises that I enjoyed that.

Thanks Baz.
One tends to remember the excellent musicians of the Graham Bond Organisation. A band who gave us the groups Cream and Colosseum. Much better fare than James Bond songs I fancy!
