ive broke out AGAIN
i got spots where id be to embarressed to show the doc
then they broke out properly on my back
ive even had them on my head
im fed up
i have to sleep downstairs on the settee cos mr wilf the greyhound has to go out for a p1SS EVERY 2 HOURS
ive stopped drinking cos i have to monitor the wilf
i havent slept in my own bed for weeks
and yes ive started this thread so i can have a moan

Pirate, get yourself to the doctors and see if they can give you something to help with the spots.
Agree with what folk have said already,off to the doc with you see if they can help.
Pirate, your GP can give you medication to help, they have seen it all before!!
To sooth the spots use any baby bum cream, the brand wont matter xx

going to docs tomorrow cos this is driving me bonkers & i got a wicked headache
ive decided that this evening beer is my choice of medication
cos the way these spots have broke out i might get anti biotics then no beer for a week
i like to think ahead

Had Shingles about 10 years ago and the woman at NHS direct suggested it as a possibility but unlikely as I was really young to get it.
Horribly painful and apparently, when it was diagnosed, I was at the point where it was well-advanced but where medication was just about useful, but not as useful as it would have been had I been diagnosed earlier.
The moral of this story? Don't feel shy about seeing a doctor even if you're a lot younger than the typical demographic for Shingles.

oooh im 20 50, i got the usual,it can re-occur,have co-codomal,sorts out the headaches that i get with it apparently
