The least he needs now is a lifetime driving ban as he clearly had no intention of heeding his original ban.

If he were to flout that ban then he should face a 20 year jail term - maybe, just maybe he would understand the meaning of a ban and why he has the ban.

How must the relatives feel hearing this news!!!!

I can't understand how he would even contemplate getting behind a wheel again after what happened.   Selfish doesn't even come close.
