It is a phishing scam as reported by the police in Scotland earlier this year.

I've removed the link on Click Here which I could see was nothing to do with Virgin.

Edit: I've never even set up my Virgin mobile voicemail!

See on my Iphone it's already set up... that's why i thought the text was probably a scam.. The number was +44 too

As it happens I am with Virgin and I have just negotiated down my bill. But I am never caught out by these types of phishing email, I get so many of them, from "Apple" too.

 

I check my payments/standing orders many times per month.

Since Virgin changed over their email system I have found that the system has a degree of 'learning' to do.

 

I check spam regularly and remove items to my inbox which it has placed in spam. Not masses but certainly it's a bit hit and miss at the moment.
