No probs Sprout. I'm really liking these India programmes.
Yikes, that Indian woman has got a bit miffed with Sue.
Right then, Kolkatta was once Calcutta
It just looks a mad place to live.
A dog called 'Brooke Shields' !!!
What a fascinating place.

Apparently changed in 2001. The Indians have been changing all the names given to them by the English.
Now that is a job I could not do. Shovelling sh*t in a sewer.

Me either, even though I'm desperate for a job. I watched Slumdog Millionaire the other day....what a good film it was

Exactly. They are taking it back, which is fair enough. Although there are people there who want the English back! They seem to be in a minority.

I've seen it once, but only remember bits of it. Maybe a re-watch required.

I got it on a cut price DVD (when HMV was closing down) and have only just got round to watching it now

I never pay full price for films I want to watch

That's what makes the world go round I guess.....even though it's not right (IMO)

I have no problem with some people earning more than most, I just think that all wealth should be more evenly distributed throughout society.
No one needs to earn ÂĢ1M per year.

I'm with you there, but there are some that would say they really have worked for that. (are we still talking about India)
I enjoyed that programme.
Cheers Sprout.

I'm talking Western society. I don't doubt people work hard, but does one person on ÂĢ1M work that much harder than say a person on ÂĢ30,000 per year? They would say more responsibility but I would argue responsibility is shared by management layers.
Heavy for a night discussion.

Believe me, I know what you're saying. There's profits and there's profits (right)
