A lisp?  her tongue is far too big for her gob.

You wouldn't want to share an ice cream with her, she'd lick the whole lot off the cone in one go.

 Not a fan then?

reminds me of that YouTube clip of the two dogs, where one just necks the whole cone in one

Well, the glib answer is "because a lot of people are putting money on her".
I suspect the fact that she's the only remaining girl is a factor too,

I think it's important to remember that the betting odds reflect how people are betting, which in turn reflects how gamblers think the voting is going. The odds are not directly related to the actual voting (although there may be some correlation, as gamblers can also vote).

In other words: the odds can be (and often are) badly wrong...

Jack 2/1 favourite;

Chloe & Joel both 9/4;

Danny 7/1;

Nick 10/1;

Cristian 22/1

I assume that is bad   I have no understanding of betting odds

should I be rushing to the bookies or keep it under the mattress

It's bad for Cristian.

Think of betting odds as fractions: the smaller the fraction, the more likely it's considered to happen; the larger it is, the less likely. At 22/1, Cristian is thought extremely unlikely to win.

I don't think him taking the money has affected his chances (unlike my man Eugene back in BB6   )

If anything, it's probably helped his chances, as he's now playing off the "Well, at least he's honest about being in it for the money." line.

I’m forever reading that CH5 BB is a different show altogether from it’s C4 counterpart – but I cannot help but think significant differences (particularly meddling to alter viewer interpretation) have occurred even more recently –potentially either during or since BB14.

Two honest winners on the spin – who would have thought!

Yep....if FB is anything to go by he has it in the bag ....with all that dosh Greggs and the bookies  will need to restock quickly Mind you , FB was totally behind Marc...and looked what happened there ....we can but hope

Odds going into the final day (all from Betfair):

Joel's odds have continued to shorten today, and he's now 6/4 favourite;

Jack 9/4;

Chloe 5/2;

Danny 15/2;

Nick 12/1;

Cristian 33/1

Still very close between the top three, although interestingly PaddyPower have Joel odds-on to win at 5/6 - I'm guessing someone's put a very big bet on him over there...
