I thought so.
Actually....what scares me more is Russia having an involvement
... is the word, is the word that you heard
It's all very well having Groove and Meaning but that's not going to win ol' Angela round
Good luck with the repayments.
You'll wish you'd gone to Wonga.
It's funny. When I mentioned to a group of friends that I had bought Greece, one of them said "you stupid Wonga", well, that's what I thought he said.
We've just been on a short holiday with a couple who feel that Greece is been badly treated by Germany. We go on regular holidays to t'Fatherland and therefore we were automatically Angie's representatives in Dorset and expected to explain her policies. You work it out. They are the King n' Queen of the non-sequitur.
Good luck with the repayments.

As long as they didn't call you a stupid banker

I'm beginning to think that I have overpaid.

I'm wondering how it will play out with our own referendum ...
This is a pic of Greece wiping Germany's debt in 1953
The German Debts Agreement is signed in London on Feb. 27, 1953. After World War II, the Federal Republic of Germany --- more commonly known as West Germany --- got massive help from its former foes, among them Greece. The agreement, in which Greece and about 20 other countries effectively wrote off a large chunk of Germany's loans and restructured the rest, is a landmark case that shows how effective debt relief can be.

unbelievable Jen,,, I was reading an article from a German economist this morning, he said Austerity is killing Europe...they should all take a lesson from Bolivia, it's fantastic what they have done for their country since the banking crisis, not penalised the poor or disabled, or the low paid workers...the bankers caused it and they alone should pay

I agree Dame.
Have you seen the Tom Crawford house repossession case in Nottingham I posted?
Jen, believe me I understand, it's a shame that they were voted back in...I have nothing but hatred towards them. The cuts don't make one iota to my lifestyle, it doesn't mean I can turn my back on the heartbreak that confronts most low paid, ill, disabled families. My daughter is an employment adviser and comes home in tears every night
I agree Dame.

I have jen...it's disgusting I'm off to an Owen Jones talk in September, follow him on FB Jen, he's brilliant

Fair play to her Dame... I do think a lot more people are waking up and standing up... You see Charlotte Church at the marches? The BBC reported 'Thousands'... It was over 250,000!! Theres a helicopter video of the crowds down the streets
I've had the Parliament channel on most of this afternoon and they've been talking about Tax Credits. It's heartbreaking some of the stories that the ministers have been coming up with about people in their constituencies and this lot are basically laughing at them.
This isn't the lazy good for nothings that won't get out of bed and work. It's people who are working using those credits to keep their heads above water!

yep and getting some stick for it too, why? she's happy to pay more tax so the poor don't have to carry the burden of cuts because she can afford too and she's getting hammered by a lot of the right's supporters. Paloma Faith is another, she had Owen Jones as her support act on her last tour
makes interesting reading. you couldn't make this sh*t up
