He shouldn't be allowed to be given a BOTS interview, he's a walker.

But he wasn't a true HM, so it doesn't count!

and technically he’s a jumperâ€Ķ as opposed to a walker.

Surely he should be in the hospital then, just to see if he landed on a soft part of his body, something that wont be damaged...like his head.

vice might not be the best choice of noun either

Whether Harry is a bunny boiler or not (and I never claimed she was) he will still go after the new girl in town, it's his way.

this just leads me to believe it's all a stunt.   I've no doubt he didn't want to spend any more time there, but they're not prisoners, they're all perfectly free to leave at any time.   Much more dramatic to let it over the wall though, Bri, eh?

I can't recall anyone being able to leave at the time they demanded to do so in the DR Kaffs It's always have another. think, sleep on it etc

It's a nail in the coffin for me for this series and I don't blame him

True, but they didn't have to. They could have stuck to their guns and demanded to go, BB would have had to let them go. If they acquiesced then it was either only a half hearted thing, or they realised it was a rather awkward time to go. (Like 3 o'clock in the morning or something.)

They kept Dawn for 24 hrs in the DR and then in another room I think [too hazy to recall]  before they finally let her go.  Think she got a message form a family member which was code for get out of there and why BB wouldn't let her go. But she was adamant she wanted to go and would not leave the DR to 'sleep on it' yet still they kept her

On the other hand that Chanel thing took 3 full days of leaving via the DR before she finally did leave. . hours of LUTting thinking yep, gone this time and there she'd be out again hours later. . then an hour later off she'd go leaving again.. 3 days is the longest LUTting of someone leaving I have  ever done

I remember Dawn being 'held' for so long - but I still say, if they insist, they can't keep them there.   More so now, with the "celebrities" who will have agents and legal back up.   If they genuinely wanted to leave, they couldn't keep them against their will.   Remember the awful 'Speidi' pair constantly dropping threats about lawyers and contracts and all the special treatment they got....

Dawn was kept alone in a locked room for several hours after supposedly "leaving" the house. The whole situation was very dodgy legally, and IIRC Dawn tried to have BB done for false imprisonment. The police were having none of it, but to put that in context you have to remember that it was later proven that BB flat-out lied to the police when initally approached - e.g. they denied the existence of video recordngs that may have proven Dawn's claims - so I think the legal rights of HMs is still up in the air a bit.
To that, you've also got to add - as mentioned - the contracts that the Leg-ends would have had, for example. IIRC, "regular" HMs are technically paid employees.

But they try to keep them as long as they can. . The DR has 2 doors which are locked... there may be a fire door too tho. . they give them the sleep on it thing and keep them talking for ages while they run around getting hold of the BB companion and producer that they prefer to have to 'guide' them once gone.

Brian didn't ask them this time ..he probably knew they try to hang on to him and keep him talking like last time so he just left in his own way. .
