I'm reminded of a story Shabby told on DS around the time that Aaron was going public about the number of HMs in his year who has attempted suicide.
She'd been talking to a psychologist in the DR about how she was having trouble coping in the house, and she was advised to find a quiet spot in the house like an alcove where she could have some private time. She did indeed find such a place, however a few days later she was called into the DR, and when she left she discovered that BB had boarded the space up...

Bathing or showering would be very public, though (as of course are most places in that house). It looked to me like she deliberately picked a spot where the cameras couldn't see her properly. You may well be right about "bad judgment", but I really don't think she was attention-seeking there.

Maybe my mind works in an odd way.. If i didn't want people coming to talk to me asking what was wrong i would have found a different way to go off somewhere on my own (with a purpose for cover) that's just me and how i would have done it.
I do get the finding a private place part but surely anyone with a brain knows that people are going to notice you're missing, go looking for you and try to talk you out? leading to the "are you ok" "what's wrong" questions etc.

But when they did find her she was completely blunt in her want to be left alone. I was somewhat disappointed in the way Nick physically manhandled her despite her request to be left alone. If anyone was acting up at that point it was Nick.
