It was Madame. He used to work with The Average White Band, most of them are from my hometown, they would get back together for the occasional gig for old time`s sake. Small, intimate venues..it was superb. I only spoke to him for maybe 10 minutes but I remember him as a quiet, unassuming, gentle, man.

Someone who made it through talent and hard work and will always stand taller and last longer in the memory (and record stores) than any of the people from the 'talent' shows of today.
Sad loss, great legacy.
