Have you ever had a movie going experience that you will never forget? I have and it was with Jurassic Park. I was 11 years old and it blew my mind and started my interest in filmmaking.

There are many variables to choosing your favourite film of all time, but mine truly is Jurassic Park, despite any flaws some nay-sayers pick out.

Anywho. The trailer for the new film JURASSIC WORLD has been released, and it instantly brought my back to 11 years old again. I am literally shaking with excitement and nostalgia.

Some may look at it and not be interest, or pass it off as cash in and unnecessary, but I'll be there, opening night, squealing with excitement.

Last Tango in Paris

Saw it at the pictures many years ago.  Went with a gentleman friend and I don't know who was the most mortified (we'd only been stepping out together for a short time and had only just reached the hand-holding stage)

Probably pretty tame by today's standards but Marlon Brando and half a pound of slightly salted made for a pretty unforgettable cinema-going experience for me.

I love that  film Donks, I also love the Billy Crystal Film, Mister Saturday Night.

My Christmas preps are well under way and I have just the food for the day to buy, plus the food for me birthday which is two days later and all the family will be coming for that.

I was already beyond the hand-holding stage when I saw that film Madame. I wasn't at the use of dairy goods stage though.

I think I can say, however, that 2001: A Space Oddessy was the most mind-blowing film I saw at a pretty impressionable age and it is still a standard-bearer of film-making for me now.   I gather its being re-released to cinemas again so insist that anyone who hasn't seen it does see it!

My 16 year old nephew has expressed an interest in seeing it. I shall encourage him to see it at the cinema - I did first time round (too young to understand it) and it blew my mind.

Order your nephew to see it. Pay him to see it as an essential part of his cinematic education.

I may have to be a shade more cunning than using an order, he is nearly taller than me and I'm 6ft

It was not a bad film really and it's a shame that it is mainly remembered for  that scene.
