I got played this at work and thought it was rather amusing.
The title says it all, he chats about biscuits and other mundane topics, not what the woman on the other end of the line was expecting I guess. She tries to get on topic, but he manages to steer away onto tea breaks and biscuits each time.
Now here is the WARNING. There is no nudity, but you do see the woman on his TV in her underwear. There is a yellow box covering her bits and bobs when necessary. There is a bit of bottom on show at the beginning.
