Sunetra has the rumba, so I'm expecting her to be in the bottom 2 again.

YeS....and yes  

He does have both knees strapped up but he seemed to be coping okay with the steps.

This weeks dances and music 

With just three live shows to go, things are certainly heating up in the battle of the Ballroom, and all of our couples are upping their games to be in it to win it, as at this stage: no one is safe.

So without further ado, here are the routines our stars will be performing this Saturday, along with the music they’ll be dancing to, in hope to save their place. All tracks will be performed live by Dave Arch and the fabulous SCD band.

• Caroline and Pasha will be performing the Argentine Tango to the Traditional Version of ‘La Cumparsita’.
• Frankie and Kevin will be performing the Salsa to the Freemasons’ Remix of ‘Work’ by Kelly Rowland.
• Simon and Kristina will be performing the American Smooth to ‘Heartache Tonight’ by Michael Buble.
• Mark and Karen will be performing the Foxtrot to ‘L-O-V-E’ by Nat King Cole.
• Jake and Janette will be performing the Charleston to ‘Entry of the Gladiators’ by Ken Griffin’s Circus Band.
• Pixie and Trent will be performing the Cha Cha to the Glee Cast version of ‘Love Shack’.

Mark's song choice and Caroline's both seem safe & suitable, and I think Frankie's song will work ok.

This week Caroline Flack, Frankie Bridge, Mark Wright, Jake Wood and Simon Webbeare through to the semis, and they’re doing two dances each.

Here’s everything that you need to know about their dances and songs.

Caroline Flack and Pasha Kovalev will dance the Salsa to Ricky Martin’s Maria, before dancing the Foxtrot to Diamonds by Josef Salvat.

Frankie Bridge and Kevin Clifton will do the Argentine Tango to The 5th by David Garrett, followed by the Rumba to Somewhere Only We Know by Lily Allen.

Mark Wright and Karen Hauer are dancing the Rumba to Fields of Gold by Eva Cassidy followed by the Viennese Waltz to I Got You Babe by Sonny and Cher.

Jake Wood and Janette Manrara will dance the Viennesse Walts to When A Man Loves A Woman by Percy Sledge, followed by the Cha Cha to Boogie Shoes by KC and the Sunshine Band.

Simon Webbe and Kristina Rhianoff will dance the Foxtrot to My Guy by Mary Wells then the Samba to I Like To Move It by Reel 2 Reel.

 The Strictly Come Dancing semi-final is on Saturday, 6.50pm, BBC One.
