Just noticed that you can change that and you have lots of other nice options too. Must fiddle more.

Oooooo

Perhaps it's configurable, but it won't let you see the results (even if you're logged-in) unless you actually take the survey.

I have now voted, but despite resorting to random clicking everywhere I can think of, I still can't see the results.

Browser incompatibility, perhaps?

As you have voted you should be able to see the results. From the Surveys section on the menu, for the Survey Survey one at the top of the list you should see a green tick at the right hand side to show that you have voted. Click on Survey Survey hyperlink to get to the survey. If the results aren't being shown you should see "Show Results" whick clicking on that brings up the results.

I would also expect you to be able to see the "Show Results" hyperlink on the embedded survey at the top of this page.

Tried that: I'm not seeing any "Show Results" hyperlink. I'm just seeing "You have already taken this survey." at the top right and an "Embed" link bottom left. The embedded survey at the top of this page is the same, except I'm also seeing a "View Source Survey" link bottom right.

If I go to the "Sardines" survey instead, I see a "Show Results" link, but clicking it doesn't produce any numbers - the link just changes to an invitation to take the survey...

EL, I don't have an answer for the first. The "You have already taken this survey" confirms you have taken it. You should be seeing to the right of each question the result in percent and numbers of votes over a pale blue bar chart.

It may be worth trying a different browser in case it's a browser issue. It may also be worth clearing your browser cache as if it's full that could cause problems like this.

It doesn't look as if you have taken the sardines survey as you only see the results if youv'e voted. The invite to vote is the standard message to anyone who hasn't voted. It may be worth taking that survey just to see if you can then see the results.

Tried it: same problem. Probably a compatiblity issue, but I'm not able to confirm it just yet.

Taking my other point separately, I do think it would be nice to be able to see the results without having to take the survey,..

There are various settings which can be selected when someone creates a survey. One of those is under the heading "Survey results can be viewed". This can be set to either "Only after the survey is taken" which is the default or "Anytime". So if the person creating the survey selects that one I assume that you get the results without taking the survey.
