Yes and as a semi regular concert goer I hate a sea of camera phones stuck in the air between me and the act. I do my best to spoil photo's and filmed footage around me. Bumping into people as you dance usually works well. Oh and shouting something random or singing totally off key are other signature moves by me.

She didn't do Wuthering Heights.   I'd have felt cheated.

From what I have heard she did not do a few of her hits. But some artists seem to do this.

here's the reason why she doesn't want camera's, it seem quite a few stars that are doing concerts  have been asking the audience not to bring camera's and take pictures videos on their phones, she's joined a long list.

I agree with much of the content of the article posted Dame. I wish there were 'snatch squads' roaming the venue and taking phones from people using them. It really is annoying for those of use behind a phone abuser at a concert. I love taking photos but don't do it at gigs/concerts.

I was listening to some mega fans on the radio today.. none seemed bothered - they were all in tears simply to see her live after all this time.       Got all sorts of waffle about how much better it was to see how she 'visualised' the more recent albums which had no video input at all.   Meh... I'd still have been gutted - no W.H. OR Man with the Child in his Eyes.   Pfft.

Yeah, I've heard that recently - and I do agree - I did try to video a fave song a couple of times at the OMD gig, but soon gave up because you're watching the screen and not the phone    stage.. I mean stage obviously - totally spoils the atmosphere. 

I agree EC and Kaffs, and the quality of the recordings are rubbish anyway and it does get really annoying arms up in the air and camera flashing every two seconds
