That's you and your occupation throttled then. Where you gonna get another ball?

I'm waiting for 4 big scrum-halves to retrieve it

I said it was big and a digit missing..how bloody accurate was that and not one penny crossed my palm out of that big pink mitt

Ahh see, we don't deal in coins because, as Sprout pointed out, I am a digit down.  I could pay you in hippo milk?

Don't throw the ball out of the tent, Yvette Fielding and her crew will be along at any moment to investigate.

Cinds

I've seen 3, can't really remember much about the first one, apart from they said I was going to be offered a blue car to buy, and not to buy it.  Later that day I was offered a blue mini, I didn't buy it.

Next one was when I lived in America, my friend and I saw a sign at the side of the road so went in for a laugh.  She told me that I had many people over the waters that were thinking about me.  How on earth did she know that, me sitting there in America with my English accent?   At the end I was allowed to ask one question, so I asked will I ever have children?  She said I would but not for many years, I was 4 months pregnant at the time.

The last one was spookily accurate in many of the things he said.

Cinds

I've seen a few.  I always get really boring readings.  Nothing overly exciting is going to happen but nothing tragic either.  There's a man who does readings here, he's very popular and known to be quite accurate with a lot of people.  He always gave me boring readings but on the 3rd time I went to see him (yes, I went 3 times even though I never heard anything good lol) he said ohh you're pregnant.....umm no, I'm not.  Yes, you are.  Nooooo.  Ok then if you aren't pregnant right now then you will be very soon.  You are highly fertile at the moment.......within 3 weeks I was pregnant.

He also told me I would move house but not for another 2 years 2 months.  I was gutted because I was awaiting an exchange and couldn't believe I'd have to live where I was for that much longer.  He said the new house would be on a hill and I'd be happy there.  Much sooner than 2 years 2 months down the line I got offered this house.  It's uphill all the way!  When I went to sign my tenancy agreement I noticed the date in which I had signed my tenancy agreement for the house I was leaving.....I had been there for 2 years and 2 months!

Apart from that I've never had any readings that actually came true.  There was always the 'you're going to travel'  No shit Sherlock, loads of people have a family holiday every once in a while.  And that I would come into a bit of money.

Still bloody waiting for the money.

Anyhoo she asked me if I was clairvoyant  so I said no I have no 6th sense and don't speak to dead people.  She insisted I was and that I'm not seeing the dead because my third eye is shut and I need to sit in a circle in a spiritualist church and it will open  and apparently I'm a rainbow child whatever that is.

When my daddy passed he was waked for three days and then after the funeral it was off to the pub for soup and sandwiches and we all got ossified

My favourite of all time.  Derek Acorah blocked me on twitter, I only mentioned that I thought I had a spirit in my glass who kept telling me he was called Jack Daniels

I know this is way OT, but when my mother was in her late 20s she contracted TB. This was in the early days of 1900. She had her sister for company and they had a bedroom which separated the beds from the rest of the room by a curtain. After being there about 3 or 4 weeks my mother was woken up by a swishy noise one night and saw her mil coming towards the bed, give her a hug and leaving again. My Auntie watched it all in complete horror. Next morning my mother received a telegraph from my father to inform her that his mother had died during the night. Make up your own mind.

One more, completely different. 4 years ago the Devon contingent went to Oxford for my grandsons'  babtism. Great day with friends and family. My daughter left with her boyfriend for the B&B, they stopped off at a pup and because there were blokes there, he became jealous and dragged my daughter home mostly by her hair. I dreamt about this whole scenario and her coming into the bedroom with a black eye. I woke up and realise it was just a dream but 3 hrs. later it all happened just as I dreamt it. Very, very strange,

Wow thats amazing, Cologne. Some things you just can't explain or fathom.

Maybe sixth sense runs in your family? My Mum had it slightly - sometimes "knew" things would happen before they did - not as specifically as yourself or your Mother though.

i got a similar one about my ex

we stayed over at her parents xmas

no tv/radio on just cd player

we were all wrecked, about 10 of us sleeping on floor

ex woke up saying she'd had a nightmare, then fell back to sleep

in the morning i asked what dream was about

she said it seemed real-it was about an earthquake & a huge tidal wave & lots of people died

then we went to shop to get papers & the headline was about the boxing day tsunami

we had no way of knowing about it as we never had any 'live' radio or tv on all night

Very very odd. The tsunami coverage was very haunting. Can never remember feeling the presence of death or sorrow so strongly, not even during 9/11.

...thought I'd cheer you up for a Friday

I think it was so scary because it was a natural disaster.  Just thinking about how scary it would have been to see that wave coming always made me teary.  I had quite a few dreams about that tsunami and always had a good view of it coming and trying to get away from it.  So sad to think of how many people actually had that as their last memory.
