I am just a little drawn to these types of programme, main ly because I am quite controlled in my life.

I can reign myself in when I realise I've gone too far but there are times when I buy loads of shit (particularly from Ebay) and then see my pending payments and think 'Shit!' so then I ban myself from online shopping again for a while.
Actual shopping in town is completely different. I won't usually buy much when I am out shopping because I can see what I am buying and know I don't actually need it.
I have had many parcels arrive, open them and think 'when did I order that?' and then have to check my accounts to see when I bought the thing. I think that's a big problem. Especially with shoes.....even while pregnant and not going out in heels I have bought 4 new pairs in the past few months. To be fair though I like heels from a certain site and have the keywords saved in an ebay search so when someone is selling new shoes from that site at a bargain price, I buy them. Ended up paying ÂĢ18 for 3 pairs of shoes in one week which cost between ÂĢ45 and ÂĢ60 each.....you can't argue with that, can you?
But I am not watching the programme, I just thought I'd ramble as usual.

Yes, and it's stuck on BBC One !!
So she goes out and buys 5 electric blankets, a cd, a pair of shoes, a bra and knicker set, three clocks and three boxes of doughnuts.
BUT
"I only went out for mayo and tortilla's" !!!!!
Ah, that guy Dene used to be in Black Lace.
No wonder he has the money to spend all day everyday bidding on eBay.

I'd like to see your music collection
It's available on Spotify
Rexi I do the same. Into Tesco, I tell my OH I'll be '2 minutes' because I'm just scooting in to collect an online order or grab some fresh salad so he waits in the car. An hour or so later and I'm wheeling out a trolley full of groceries, household stuff and 9 times out of 10, pyjamas! It's all the shop's fault though because they sell so many different things. You're on your way to the salad aisle and you pass the household things and think 'oh I need a potato peeler' and end up with a potato peeler, a sieve, a knife set and a new pot before you even leave the first aisle.

Horse manure?
If I thought I needed it then yes, I'd probably buy it on ebay

Just follow a police horse
There are none around here! Don't think I've ever seen a police horse here at all.
I've recorded it ....do I need to remove all throwable objects ?
Not really, this is more about people who have a compulsion and is more likely that their spending is a symptom of something else.
There is a women presenter who tries to help change their spending habits.

There are always one or two at the football on a Saturday here, and having two grounds there is ample opportunity to scoop up some fresh manure
Oh ok .... Thanks EC
What did you think Baz?
We are huge fans of horse errm evacuations and can boast that, with the help of this excellent product, we grow some of the finest roses in the county here at Arcati Towers. We are fortunate to have access to piles of it (literally) but, if the supply ever runs out it is a great comfort to know we can bid for it on Ebay. I suppose it would be a case of 'buyer collects' on there unless Royal Mail can take up the challenge (let's face it - with the amount of crap that already cascades through our letter boxes, a bit more isn't going to make much difference)
Oh ok .... Thanks EC

Hi EC Well I found it interesting, although I think half an hour would have sufficed .....as I can't say they did much to try and help them ....but I found the analysis of the reasons why quite enlightening .....
