It's all been fairly amicable so far but could things be about
to change as the old bunch battle it out against the newbies in an attempt to
win better living conditions?
How it works:
Day 1 -
Tuesday
ON THE LEDGE
The old Housemates are positioned on a platform surrounded by murky water.
Behind them is a wall which will moveforward and force them off the ledge
when powered by one of the newbies who is cycling to pull the wall forward. By
the end of the game, when time runs out they must have at least X number of Old Housemates still standing on the ledge to win
However, the New Housemates are standing on the ground doing everything
they can to knock them off. The New Housemates will be armed with whole
tinned tomatoes, gungy sponges and water balloons to throw a that Housemates to try to dislodge them from the ledge
If the New Housemates win they will get a reward.
If the Old Housemates win they will win slightly better living conditions.
FOOL THE HOUSE
As the New Housemates have
knowledge of the outside world and how the current Housemates have been
perceived, they must take part in a Diary Room quiz against the other Housemates
to try and score points.
The three new arrivals will read statements
about the Original Housemates (these could be from newspaper stories β not
headlines or quotes). The old Housemates will be watching on the plasma in the
Living Area. The Original Housemates must decide if the statement the New
Housemate is reading is True or a Lie. They must all agree and indicate their
decision by flipping their voting panels which read either TRUE or
LIE.
If the new Housemates can correctly fool the current Housemates into
believing what they have said they majority of times, they will win.
If the
current Housemates can correctly identify the true and false statements the
majority of times, they will win.

The original housemates won over the new housemates in Big Brotherβs latest tasks yesterday.
It was a case of old v new as the two groups competed to win rewards.
Firstly in On The Ledge, Big Brother pitted the New Housemates and Original Housemates against each other to win better lunch rations. The Original Housemates had to try to stay on a moving ledge while the New Housemates used tomatoes, gungey sponges and water balloons to try to dislodge them. Three of the Original Housemates had to remain on the ledge in order to win.
Ash, Kim and Winston managed to remain on the ledge and won better lunch for the Original Housemates.
The in Fool The House, Big Brother had the New Housemates quiz the Original Housemates about things from the outside world. All the Original Housemates had to agree on which statements read out by the newbies were true or false.
The Housemates guessed the majority of the statements correctly and won back a toaster, kettle and a few basic rations to enjoy.
The messages read out and results were..
