I have gone through my history and can access the survey from my history. I have no idea if it works with anything other than a computer browser.

yep I've put my two-penneth in and pretty much confirmed what you guys had already said - not that I think it will be much use. 

Ditto ...but I agree ....and I think the viler the contestants , and the more rubbishy the programme , the better it fits their plans  

It's something that is on the Ch5 BB site - so it should work for all . However the box is a p0p-up, so if you are running a pop-up blocker you won't get it.

I've just loaded it up on my PC ok - running Windows 7 and IE9.

My comments to c5:

The scripting has become obvious and amateurish,there is far too much input from the producers,the HM's are dreadful,the constant sex talk and ham fisted attempts at romance are insulting to the viewers,the constant 'reveals' of what is said in the diary room, has destroyed HM's being themselves and saying what they really think, stop messing with it C5 and let it  be what it is, let the HM's sink or swim on their own merits, you'd probably have a far better, more entertaining show, than you have currently.
