I had vine ripened tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and radishes all chopped really small, then I got some little gem lettuce leaves and spread each one with some low fat hummus and filled each leaf with the chopped salad.
Feta Cheese - A recently holiday to Greece changed that

I've just cooked in a parcel of tin foil, so it steamed. Plums, peaches, straw berries and cherries. Drizzled some honey over them before cooking. They are lovely.

I'd like to like more seafood but I can't bring myself to try it. I want to try crab and lobster and I might do that some day. I cooked Salmon once and it stank my house out. I had to dump anything it touched, including my George Forman, because the smell seeped into everything

I'm not a big fan of salmon - Prefer the tinned kind. Same with tuna
