I might look into some of that. I'm not particularly stressed - I'm actually quite a laid back person (believe it or not) - I just think it's good to 'look after' yourself - quality of thinking is key to our all round health and well being. Mr Woo has a lot on his plate with the businesses - he sometimes struggles with insomnia - I might look into this and deliver by Proxy as he's always too busy to read.
He gave up alcohol alongside me with 'Allen Carr' by proxy.
Hi Soozy - yes Mindfulness is really excellent, if you're stressed, want to relax or just want to be able to focus more and use your time better. I've been researching it in recent weeks and have built up a little library lol.
I'll PM you so you can ask me anything? Kindle books plus accompanying audiobooks are great. Theres lots of free resources too - have plenty of links to sites if you're interested..
Currently I'm on my second Mindfulness course [MBCT - Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy]. It really is life-changing.
Well done for going alcohol free b.t.w. Funny I'm off booze too since New Years. I don't feel like it - would rather do a little guided meditation to de-stress a.t.m.
