In general, the other bookies appear to agree with the order, with the exception that most of them have Matthew slightly ahead of Steven.

Pauline is the favourite to win at the moment.
The way to think about betting odds is that they're a fraction, where the amount you can win is divided by the amount you bet. The more likely a HM winning is, the lower their odds will be, so the less money you'll win if your bet comes in. In a nutshell: small numbers = more likely; large numbers = less likely.
So: Pauline: 5/1 = favourite; Danielle: 61/1 = no-hoper...
