Tess always had the most work to do cos she interviewed them. .Bruce was just a waste of space

Can't stand her either ....I find her very contrived in the way she grimaces and over enunciates everything.

The Strictly Come Dancing 2014 professionals won’t include James Jordan, it’s been claimed.

The controversial dancer, who has a history with clashing with the judges, has reportedly been axed by show bosses, despite wife and fellow Strictly pro Ola Jordan being invited back.

“The BBC have decided they don’t want James as a high-profile dancer this year,” a source claimed today. “They have taken a look at who they have and who fits the bill best. Frankly the BBC are sick of the James and Ola show.”

Needless to say, James isn’t too happy after spending eight years on the show.

Speaking to the Daily Mirror, the insider explained: “He is fuming. He very much sees himself and Ola as the stars of the show and can’t understand why he hasn’t been invited back.

“He has spent years working with them and feels he has given so much. This has come as a real shock to him.”

They added: “To say it all kicked off at the end of last week would be an understatement. This really has not gone down very well at all.”

The newspaper goes on to suggest that Ola may not quit the show too in a bid to stand by her man.

“Ola loves Strictly but she is in a real quandary. She and James are a partnership,” a pal of the performer’s said. “So for one to do the show and the other not is strange and sad for her.”

A spokesperson for the BBC commented: “We don’t comment on speculation and the line-up will be announced in due course.”

Claudia Winkleman has been announced as the new host of Strictly Come Dancing 2014, but it’s getting a rather mixed reaction.

The Beeb confirmed this weekend that, as we all pretty much expected, Claudia would be taking over from Sir Bruce Forsyth.

She’ll be fronting the show as she has done in the past alongside Tess Daly from the autumn.

“I have loved Strictly since the second it appeared on our screens and I am honoured and thrilled to now be part of the Saturday night team,” Claudia said in a statement. “Working alongside Tess is always fantastic and I can’t wait to spend the weekends with her, our amazing dancers and the greatest judging panel on the planet.”

However the reaction from Strictly fans hasn’t been great.

Twitter user @WhoPotterVian told us of the news: “Well, I certainly won’t be watching then. Stupid choice. Who wants somebody with the personality of a zombie presenting a LE show?”

While @allifradgley suggested: “Still think they should swap them. Claudia is much better live presenter, Tess is too wooden”

On our Facebook page and Kay Whittle wrote: “No I don’t think she’s right for the job” while Ben Harriott Marsh simply commented: “GOD NO!!!!”
