I have a mini beach hut that is a toilet roll holder and toilet roll storage.

 

 

Just thought I'd share that - it is my pride and joy

We have a couple of bathroom based small wicker baskets which attract random containers of shampoo, cosmetics, soap, and dust. I expect that they will be moved after we've gone.

I watched it heute abend, no idea why, it was there, I was eating, and there you have it.

 

3 ugly folks in a small bathroom and they all managed to find a seat.

 

Was one of life's imponderables.

Funny you should say that.... during my househunting today I was drooling over places I couldn't afford and saw the bathroom in this place and thought.. why?  A table AND chair and cupboards and a clock....

I thought the first pic , with  the all encompasing mid blue carpet was the bathroom.

 

I suddenl;y felt  oddly inadequate.

Those people are no strangers to Ikea.

Is it odd to have a clock? I have a clock .......................I do have lots of clocks in my house. None of them read the same time - I always have them a bit fast - some faster than others!

Oh.. clever   - how did you do that?

 

Be a gorgeous place to stay eh?    and you'd never stay in the bath too long because there's a nice handy clock, and probably someone sitting reading the paper and having a coffee while they wait for the bath...

But that's them, and you is you

I think it looks weird to have living room style stuff in the bathroom.   I can imagine your house in a Roal Dahl book, Sooz!

Sooz!! If you're gonna have loads of clocks, make sure they're all the same

I have winter clocks and summer clocks.

My house is very unique to me I think. I like what I like and bugger convention. For many years I always had to sort of compromise with Mr Woo and we were quite 'normal' .............he's given up in recent years and let's me have my way.

I've got a Tinkerbell snowglobe on my mantlepiece and a framed picture of Bertie Bassett on my window sill.

I always wondered  why we got along so well.

I've got a massive Russell Crowe as Javert on my landing. And on my bed I have Dennis the Menace with 'I refuse to grow up' written on his T shirt.

Was a gift from my great niece.. first thing she insisted on choosing for herself... it has to have pride of place (and it's quite cute... the 'snow' is glitter... )    I remember you getting Russell.. glad he's still in situ!

But surely a bathroom is a bathroom for getting washed/bathed/showered in? You do what you do in there and get out? no? 

well.. yeah.. I do... but maybe that's because i don't have  chaise longue and cocktail cabinet in there.. 

 

 

I meant bedroom
