Lemon and sugar .....but I also used to like those cherry Jubilee pancakes that you used to get a Little Chef
Don't really eat them so....not sure really
don't eat them Sweet
Forgive my ignorance Joe but what would go in a savoury pancake?
My favourite is Maple Syrup but I also like lemon and sugar, golden syrup or jam. I'm thinking golden syrup and vanilla ice cream might make a nice combo.
Butter!
Given that I'm not all that keen on vodka
Ah right
I love the french savoury pancakes ...I had a lovely blue cheese one some years ago. I've tried to make crepes at home but ....they're never as nice.
Mr Woo isn't a fan.
Butter sugar and lemon
Maybe it's good that I don't participate in Pancake Day
Served hot with banana and fresh cream.
I cannot for the love of God make pancakes. I have bought the ready mix were you only need to add water and shake, still managed to burn the arse of them and the middle was uncooked.

The thicker fluffy ones are called American Breakfast Pancakes I think?

Maybe lower the heat and give em longer to cook? Also whenever my pancakes are brown but undercooked they usually need more egg in.

On one occasion I actually melted the handle of the pan I was using.
On another I had a tea towel over my shoulder and didn't realise it was on fire, I could smell burning but had no clue were it was coming from .
Me and pancakes don't work well, best just to buy them...safer for sure.
I should add that the same goes for banana loaf. I am now banned from making them.

That's as may be, but thats more akin to what we know as a pancake in Scotland.
What are you cooking them on erin, a griddle or a frying pan?
The heat is often uneaven in a frying pan, whereas you tend to get a more even heat distribution with a griddle.
Eeeeew - don't like the thick ones. The thinner the better IMO.

Oh Erin. You need a fire extinguisher in the kitchen!
thick, warm, with butter and raspberry jam.
I can't make them either
Yummy
My ingredients are arriving in the Asda groceries later. No time for airing I scoff em so quick I wouldn't notice the difference, mind.
Just butter. They don't need anything else
I can't make pancakes either, mine always taste like eggy bread My youngest loves when I make them though, pancakes are his favourite food.
I cannot recall the last time I had pancakes on Shrove Tuesday. Probably when I was a child.

Maybe one day. Tonight I am using up food from yesterday, turkey, rice and tom/chilli sauce.

The chilli spicing up the blandish turkey nicely.
