I've only recently started using olive oil and I LOVE it!!  But I don't really know what to do with it.  So far I've made a vinegarette with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper and poured it over diced cucumber and tomatoes and then tonight I had it with cucumber, tomatoes, raw onion and fresh chillies and it was so good.  Now I want to know what else I can make it with.

Any ideas?

If you get a really good one it's nice simply rubbed on bruschetta or bread

It does

Unless you are a contestant on Come Dine With Me in which case you would be marked down for such a simple starter

I'd mark them down for the lack of other colours through the tomato mix.  You have to have some cucumber in there at least.

Who's Brad?

My rule is, if you want it cold, use EV olive oil, if not, olive oil will do.

It's extra virgin I've been having on my salad things.

I've made myself a bit sick by having a second bowl and some cream crackers with mexicana cheese
