ive just been to a 'fondue cheese/sushi' thing at OH's mates

her mates husband is an hells angel

a few HA's turned up & politely commented on the tasty cheese

then went into the workshop to look at harleys what are being built

 

OH bought her son a book at xmas about birmingham chapter

and one of them was there!

 

i wasnt invited into the workshop

i came home

 

however fondue cheese & sushi is lovely

 

have you had any?

If I remember correctly, you can use different cheeses such as Gruyere and Emmenthaler (grated) and mix them into a sauce with other stuff like cornflour, white wine, lemon juice and other stuff that I can't remember. I'm sure there are recipes online.

 We got one for a wedding present in '81.
