I lost my best friend to lung cancer last Sept and that was what hit me.

Life IS short - and precious.

You never know what is round the corner.

Grab each day by the balls and enjoy every second you have on this planet - cos there's no re-run when it's too late and you have regrets.

And as VD says - only in slightly different words - do as you would be done by.
