Summer has said everything I wanted to say EC, so sorry to hear of your loss, one day at a time is the way and it's so good that you have the counsellor to talk to.

Oh, EC, what can I say? I am so sorry to hear of your loss and can only really echo what everyone else has said. This is a great place to come for comfort and support...I leaned on some of the FMs heavily when we lost MrB's parents within 3 months of each other and they were fabulous! 

 

Also, as has already been said too, make sure to remember yourself in all of this and take time for you and your needs. Thinking of you xxxx
