OH!!! Good point, cinds - I'll amend the title!
(we've got someone in work called Trig too .. I mentioned it in the office and quickly said 'not the one downstairs!!!')
Sad news. R.I.P. Roger.

RIP Roger.
Triggers broom. Loved that scene.
Awww, sad
Very sad news. I've always enjoyed his role in Only Fools etc and have watched many reruns of the show when I can't find anything else of interest to watch, brilliant scripts. I also watch reruns of Vicar of Dibley and loved his role in that too. Thoughts go out to his family and friends.

You know, those lines probably wouldn't be funny said by anyone else

Totally agree no matter how many times I watch Only Fools I still laugh, for me it's a show that's become a classic
Fine comic actor
So sad to read this, but watching the man doing what he did best was a complete joy. Rest in peace.

I's the 'Era' I think isn't it? I just don't get some of this comedy stuff nowadays
they've just shown the bar scene on the news. It's still hilarious. It's a shame that he's now no longer with us though
