Two people I know have ditched Windows 8 and gone back to 7, they couldn't take all the aggravation any more

You also know someone who ditched the lot and went back to XP.

You have XP? me too and I'm happy with it

Mrs Jer actually, she will not be removed from XP. I have 7 but my new back up is XP.
Neither of us see any improvement in the newer ones and we do use 'em for reasonably cutting edge stuff .

(Use the computers for cutting edge stuff)

I usually avoid upgrading to new technology as in the past I've had more problems than solutions lol. My motto is if it ain't broke don't fix it

Stay away from Windows 8.1 - its not that big an improvement - wait til they fix the bugs in it.

 

I would un-install 8.1... but that in itself causes more problems  bliddy Moneysoft.
