Not me, they never eat at home unless they've got something big to tell every one then they invite the whole square

When someone says they've run out of/need to buy milk someone comes back with the smallest carton of milk there is despite how many are living in the house...obviously a small empty carton that's used over and over again as a prop.

Why do they go to the cafe for coffee when they live a few doors away and could save their money

Most seem to have a mobile phone in some scenes when it's appropriate for the script and yet at times when they want to contact someone urgently they don't use them

In EE when someone's saying to others have you seen ?????? there's very few places that person will be in such a small place, the pub, at home, grocery store or the market which has around 6 stalls. As for EE I'm gutted "Jean" has left, an incredible actress which must have been extremely draining at times to play her character of someone with that condition. Some of the best actors in EE have left and one of my other faves is also leaving so I'm gutted about that too but also think they're too good for EE.

Yellow Rose

I don't watch soaps and haven't done for yrs ever since they started putting them on more than one night a week... and they were depressing the living daylights out of me with their storylines too.. plus they have spoilers on This Morning so many times a week I know what is going on even if I don't want to..

but I do recall from when I did watch them. .no one on them ever watched a soap on the tellybox then talked about it in the pub or cafes the next day .. or on forums in more recent yrs

and do any of them tweet or FB?

That's a very good point Olly.

They all (the characters) seem to be way behind the times.

Also on the mobile phone thing... at one point a few years ago everyone had exactly the same phone in EE.... whenever anyone got one out on screen it was the same Nokia as mine
