The monkey's got it right I tell ya.

I remember seeing that Drucilla Beyfus, or mebbees someone of that ilk, showing how to eat them with a knife and fork.
However they are like eggs, I don't like them. On a more positive note the first cheap pomegranates of the season are now in the shops.

So has anyone anything to report?

I had a close look at the bananas in the co-op tonight... but I didn't buy any, so I'm still in bananalimbo

I have only just read this thread, needless to say I will be buying some bananas tomorrow,

There was a bubba having a mashed up banana split on the next table to me today. Thought you might like to know that bit of banana info.

I've never thought of peeling it from the blunt end! I'm definitely going to try it

I've tried it.........it squished

I do it loads! It rarely squishes. I think it will depend on the condition of the banana.
