Well Sophie did cheat and bbbots seemed to agree that she did, maybe BB are being pressured to do something about it.... I doubt it though, they might just not open the lines til tomorrow evening.

That still doesn't prove that she was cheating. Cheating implies doing something to gain an unfair advantage - that is what I am not seeing evidence of.

Well it does prove cheating, she was the last to nominate and waited till everyone else had finished until she finally made her mind up, she added all the noms up and knew who to nominate tacticly.

There may have been exceptions I don't remember, but I think you're right: the phone lines don't normally open immediately after live nominations. They usually wait until the next day after the nominations have been shown again on HLs.
The question of Sophie's second nomination's an interesting one, though. I was surprised at how openly they were discussing it on BOTS: perhaps there will be some action taken tomorrow...

If that is indeed true then I'm sure BB will be happy to show us the proof. After all, they must have had a camera directly behind her to film it 
One has to laugh at this new and quite frankly avoidable situation. If BB had assembled all of the HM's around the table, got them to write down the two names (which quite frankly should not be a problem as they knew they would need to vote, so all this angst over deciding is a bit rich), then turn their boards over and lay them on the table until they need to nominate.
while all the focus seems to be on Sophie it would appear Gina too was still writing on her board once noms had started
no voting lines open but ... if there was cheating why wasnt it disclosed at the end of noms ? is the last week so dull BB are stretching each move out or are the complaints making them investigate further
the last two *twists* have failed - put them all up I say and let the public decide in what order they leave

The video on C5 site is edited with no gap between the first nomination that Charlie gave and the second.
Sophie even admitted she rubbed out a name and rewrote one cos she could'nt decide who to choose out of 2..her first choice should stand..
