I have a friend who is in a very bad way at the moment having had self inflicted surgery as I call it going wrong she overcome breast cancer and then went down the tummy tuck and facial cosmetics - silly woman

I'd love to have my boobs done. But I'm way too much of a baby to actually get surgery and the thought of the pain after it all is just too much for me to cope with. I cry when I get a headache fgs I'd be useless at recovery.
And God knows how they'd look when done. You could be left with worse than what you started with!
BUT in all seriousness, I would consider it if it was offered to me. Mine have always been too big. Which was fine for a few years but not so much now

Well, have you considered going on one of these programmes, you get the treatment free.

Apparently that is the sugar that sweetens the pill, free medical work which would normally cost a fortune. But no, I don't get it either as I noted in my first post in this thread.
