its that time again - on the back of BB2013 - expected launch 20th Aug

Bobbi Kristina Brown has agreed a £300,000 ($459,000) deal to appear on the upcoming series of the Channel 5 reality show

Bobbi Kristina Brown and Nick Gordon New York screening of 'Sparkle' starring the late Whitney Houston at the Tribeca Grand Hotel - Inside Arrivals New York City, USA

Producers apparently hope that the 20-year-old will share memories of her late mother and open up about her recent engagement to Nick Gordon, who she was brought up with as a child when Whitney took him in.

It is also hoped that she will speak about her father Bobby Brown, who had a turbulent relationship with her mother.

Other celebrities who have been linked to the new series of Celebrity Big Brother include Helen Flanagan, Ron Atkinson, Loose Women star Carol McGiffin and Geordie Shore's Charlotte Crosby.

The 12th series of the reality show will premiere on Channel 5 this month, with Emma Willis returning as host.

I would be amazed if Carol Mc Giffen did it .............she has always been more than adamant that she'd never do it. All will be revealed I suppose but ........I don't see it.

I don't think she'd come over well ......she's very outspoken - if she went for it she'd be unpopular - if she held back she'd be accused of being 'fake'. It'd be a lose/lose IMO.

Channel 5 have confirmed details of the upcoming Big Brother final and Celebrity Big Brother Launch

On Monday 19th August 2013 the current series of Big Brother will come to an end at 9pm with a 60 minute show before another show airs at 10:55pm for 35 Minutes until 11:30pm. Big Brother’s Bit on the Side follows at 11:30pm for an hour.

On Thursday 22nd August 2013 Celebrity Big Brother will launch at 9pm with a two hour launch show airing until 11pm. Celebrity Big Brother’s Bit on the Side will air for 60 minutes until 12am.

On Friday 23rd August 2013 a special 90 minute show Celebrity Big Brother: The Big Twist Live will air from 9pm until 10:30pm, followed by Celebrity Big Brother’s Bit on the Side at 10:30pm for an hour. Celebrity Big Brother Live will follow at 11:30pm.

So the schedules look like this:

Monday 19th August:
9pm: Big Brother: The Live Final Part 1
10:55pm: Big Brother: The Live Final Part 2
11:30pm: Big Brother’s Bit on the Side

Thursday 22nd August:
9pm: Celebrity Big Brother: The Live Launch

Big Brother house to get a makeover for Celebrity Big Brother 2013

The Big Brother house will be getting a make over for itscelebrity guests, it’s been claimed.

Big Brother ends its current run on Monday, with a new Celebrity version kicking off just days later on Thursday.

It’ll leave the show’s backstage team less than three days to completely strip out the house and redecorate it in time.

“We won’t be keeping the eco theme,” executive producer Katy Smith said. “The layout will stay the same because we won’t be able to do any structural changes.

“But it will have a completely different feel to it”

Speaking to the Daily Star Sunday, Katy revealed that the Channel 5 series – which has been on air since 2000 – will continue as long as viewing figures stay the same.

She told the newspaper today: “As long as people want to watch it, it’ll continue. It all depends on the housemates.

“Trends in TV change but it’s lasted this long. Fans are still really loyal and passionate.”

Tipped for the Celebrity Big Brother line up this summer are football pundit Ron Atkinson, LooseWomen star Carol McGiffin and model Sophie Anderton, alongside Geordie Shore’s Charlotte Crosby.

Other rumoured housemates include Pineapple Dance Studios star and former Dancing On Ice judge Louie Spence, Five singer Abz, Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Brown and Outkast rapper Big Boi.

A spokesperson for Channel 5 commented: “We never comment on speculation and rumours about the line-up.”

Celebrity Big Brother 2013 starts on August 22 on Channel 5.

I'm going to have to Google this woman as I have not got a Scooby Doo who she is, having said that, would seem an ideal candidate for CBB, unless she is really well know to everyone but me in which case she is not an ideal candidate unless she was big but has suddenly become z-list !!!!!

I quite like carole Mcthingy though, although I did hear her spout a lot of support for Denise last time, which put me off a bit.
