How about the Sometimes option?

I usually read new threads from the beginning ... coz they go off topic a lot and I'd hate to post an answer to the OP when that wasn't even being discussed anymore

Sometimes I read The Crib over breakfast - just to keep an eye on you reprobates.

There are some threads that I don't read at all ... just because I don't feel 'involved' in them, yet I know that if I ever posted in them I would be welcome with open arms.

So ... Sometimes gets my vote

if there is a lot of lame assed drivel then I tend to skim read/click on last page

But how do you know unless you have read it all, what's drivel and what's not. By which time its too late?
